Returns and refunds

Have an issue with your order? Please review our policy below and contact us at kelsie@strengthbasedcollective.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to make it right.

Physical products

Fulfilled by printful*

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will replace the product at no cost to you.

  • Lost Packages

    If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

​

  • Wrong or Insufficient Address

    If the shipping address you provide is incorrect or insufficient, the order will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming a correct address.

​

  • Unclaimed Shipments

    Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful can be reshipped at your expense. Items not claimed within 30 days are donated to charity.

​

  • Returns for Buyer’s Remorse / Size Exchanges

    We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, a new order will need to be placed.

*As Printful is presently our sole fulfillment source, we are obligated to follow their return policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Downloadable tools

  • All downloadable tools are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly upon purchase.

  • If you experience an issue accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your product.

​

  • In rare cases where a customer experiences a technical issue or other exceptional circumstance, we are happy to support you. Please contact us and we may make exceptions at our discretion.
